GearBridge Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 30, 2025

At GearBridge, we strive to make buying, selling, and trading used camera gear a smooth and transparent experience. Below is our return and refund policy for purchases made through our platform.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

You may return an item purchased from GearBridge within 14 calendar days of receiving it. To be eligible:

The item must be in the same condition as at the original point of sale.

All original accessories (e.g., batteries, chargers, packaging) must be included.

To initiate a return, you must email us at hello@gearbridge.co within the 14-day period and request a Return Authorization Number before sending the item back.

2. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a GearBridge error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or item not as described), we will cover return shipping costs by providing a prepaid label (within the 48 contiguous U.S. states).

In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent via a trackable and insured service.

3. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

Include a copy of the original invoice.

Be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

Be in the exact condition received, with no additional wear or damage.

We reserve the right to deduct a fee or deny a refund if the item is returned in a deteriorated condition due to misuse or poor packaging.

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds apply only to the amount you paid for the item itself. The following are non-refundable:

Original shipping costs

Taxes, duties, or customs fees paid during import

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items returned after the 14-day return window

Items that have been used in a way that voids their warranty (e.g., drones crashed in ATTI mode)

6. Exchanges or Replacements

GearBridge may choose to issue a refund instead of a replacement, particularly if a like-for-like item is not available. This decision is made at GearBridge’s sole discretion and subject to our Limited Warranty.

7. Limited Warranty

Most items purchased from GearBridge include a Limited Warranty unless sold "as-is" or for parts.

9. Return of Trade-In Items

If you traded in an item to receive a GearBridge product:

You may return the purchased item within 14 days for a refund of the cash equivalent value of the trade-in.

GearBridge will not return the original trade-in item under any circumstances once the transaction is complete.
