Our Process
Every piece of gear on GearBridge goes through a structured sourcing and inspection process before it reaches our storefront. We acquire inventory through trade-ins, consignment partnerships, and direct purchases from photographers and videographers upgrading their kits.
Once received, each item is inspected and graded by our product specialists. We evaluate cosmetic condition, mechanical function, and optical quality — checking for sensor issues, lens haze, fungus, AF accuracy, and shutter health on camera bodies. Items that don't meet our standards are not listed for sale. Every listing includes an honest condition grade and detailed notes so you know exactly what you're getting.
All purchases ship with a 6-month warranty covering functional defects. If something isn't right, our 14-day return policy makes it easy to send it back — no questions asked.
