GearBridge is a marketplace for used camera gear. We buy quality pre-owned cameras and lenses from sellers, inspect and grade them, and resell them through our storefront.
The Role
This is a hands-on, wide-ranging role at the center of how the business runs. You'll work directly with customers and sellers, take incoming gear from inspection through to a live listing, manage inventory, help source what we buy, and shape the processes that keep it all running. We're looking for someone smart and quick to learn who can take on a lot of different things and get up to speed fast — we'll teach you the specifics.

Market analysis and inventory sourcing.
Order fulfillment.
Procedural design, improvement, and documentation.

Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with photography, videography, or modern camera gear.
E-commerce or customer-service experience.
Experience writing or maintaining process documentation / SOPs.
Basic technical comfort — light familiarity with software tools, and a bonus if you know your way around SQL, databases, or a bit of code.
