Shipping Policy

At GearBridge, we take great care in packaging and shipping used photography and videography equipment. Below is our shipping policy for orders placed through our platform.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is verified and the order is confirmed. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Options

Every order includes a free economy shipping option. Paid expedited options (e.g., UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air) are also available at checkout. Available shipping methods and pricing may vary by order depending on item size, weight, and destination. All options and costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by the shipping method selected:

Economy (Free): Approximately 5–10 business days after shipment, though delivery may take longer depending on carrier load.

Expedited (Paid): Delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and vary by service level.

These estimates are not guaranteed. GearBridge will not be liable for any late delivery however arising, including delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Destination

GearBridge ships anywhere within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Items will be shipped to the address you provide at the time of purchase. GearBridge does not accept responsibility or liability for any address updates or changes provided after payment is made. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

5. Signature Requirement

Requiring a signature upon delivery is at the sole discretion of GearBridge. High-value items may require signature confirmation. GearBridge is not liable for packages marked as delivered that are subsequently lost or stolen if no signature was required.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website.

7. Shipping to GearBridge (Sellers & Trade-Ins)

If you are selling or trading in items to GearBridge:

GearBridge offers sellers a prepaid shipping label via a trackable and insured courier service approved by GearBridge, at no charge to you.

Packaging costs are your responsibility and are not covered by GearBridge.

You must display your unique reference number clearly on the package and include a copy of your quote and full contact details.

If you do not use the shipping method specified by GearBridge, GearBridge does not accept any liability for shipping costs.

All items must be fully and carefully packaged for reasonable impact and movement during transit. GearBridge is not liable for damage caused by insufficient packaging.

GearBridge does not currently accept international quotes or trade-ins.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

Buyers: Contact us at support@gearbridge.co as soon as possible. GearBridge will work with the carrier to investigate. Claims for lost packages must be filed within 14 calendar days of the expected delivery date.

Sellers: If a package sent to GearBridge via our provided shipping label is lost or damaged, notify GearBridge immediately. A full investigation may take up to 30 days to conclude. GearBridge's determination of the outcome is final.

GearBridge will not be liable for any loss or damage if it is determined that the loss or damage was due to the customer's negligence, including improper addressing, failure to use the provided shipping label, or insufficient packaging.
