Two aspherical elements reduce spherical aberrations and distortion to deliver sharp, accurate image rendering, while multi-coated optics minimize flare and ghosting for enhanced contrast.
With a pancake form factor measuring just one inch thick and weighing only 3.07 ounces, this lens is highly portable for everyday and travel photography. The autofocus system supports the camera's contrast detection focusing with manual override capability, and a rounded seven-blade diaphragm produces pleasing bokeh quality.
