FE 2x Teleconverter

The Sony FE 2x Teleconverter is designed to extend the effective focal length of compatible Sony E-mount telephoto lenses, doubling the magnification for a narrower field of view. It features an eight-element optical design in five groups that maintains full electronic communication with E-mount mirrorless cameras, enabling auto-exposure metering, autofocus, and Optical SteadyShot image stabilization. The teleconverter incurs a two-stop light loss and is compatible with a range of Sony FE telephoto lenses from 70-200mm to 600mm focal lengths.

The unit measures 42.7mm in length and weighs 207 grams, making it a compact addition to telephoto lens systems. Its dust and moisture-resistant construction allows for reliable performance in challenging environmental conditions. The teleconverter is compatible with Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS, FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS II, FE 70-200mm f/4 Macro G OSS II, FE 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 GM OSS, FE 200-600mm f/5.6-6.3 G OSS, FE 400mm f/2.8 GM OSS, and FE 600mm f/4 GM OSS lenses.
