Simera 28mm f/1.4 - Leica M Fit

The Thypoch Simera 28mm f/1.4 is a manual-focus prime lens designed for Leica M-mount cameras with a bright f/1.4 maximum aperture and full-frame image coverage. The lens features one aspherical element and three high-refractive index elements that minimize chromatic aberration while the 14-blade diaphragm produces smooth, circular bokeh with a 75-degree angle of view. An aperture de-click switch on the barrel allows seamless toggling between smooth operation for video and clicked operation for still photography.

The Simera excels in low-light conditions and close-focus work with a minimum focus distance of 1.3 feet, while a focus resistance reminder at 0.7 meters alerts users to the focusing limits of M-mount camera bodies. The lens comes equipped with a retro-inspired square lens hood that blocks unwanted light and protects the front element, and it accepts 49mm filters for further customization or protection.
