The Canon EOS C100 Mark II is a compact cinema camera designed for professional video production, documentary work, and independent filmmaking. It features a Super 35mm 8.3MP CMOS sensor paired with Canon's DIGIC DV 4 processor to deliver cinematic image quality with excellent low-light performance and high dynamic range capabilities. The camera records 1920x1080p video in both AVCHD and MP4 formats to dual SD/SDHC/SDXC card slots, with support for multiple frame rates including 59.94p, 50p, 29.97p, 25p, and 23.98p.

This Mark II model incorporates Dual Pixel CMOS AF technology for continuous autofocus compatibility with all Canon EF mount lenses, making it ideal for one-person operation and moving subjects. The camera supports an extended ISO range from 320 to 102,400, Canon Log recording with 12 stops of dynamic range, and uncompressed 4:2:2 video output via HDMI with timecode and Canon Log LUT support.
