M-D (Typ 262)

The Leica M-D (Typ 262) is a minimalist digital rangefinder camera designed for photographers who prioritize manual control and simplicity over automated features. The camera features a 24-megapixel full-frame Leica MAX CMOS sensor paired with the Maestro image processor, enabling high-quality image capture with ISO sensitivity ranging from 200 to 6400 and continuous shooting at up to 3 frames per second. The M-D eschews a rear LCD screen and video recording capabilities, instead offering essential controls through a manual ISO dial, top shutter speed dial, and a bright-line optical rangefinder viewfinder with 0.68x magnification for precise manual focusing.

All images are recorded exclusively in uncompressed DNG raw format, providing photographers with maximum flexibility in post-processing.
