Q3 43

The Leica Q3 43 is a premium fixed-lens digital camera featuring a 60MP full-frame back-illuminated CMOS sensor paired with an APO-Summicron 43mm f/2 aspherical lens designed for natural, distortion-free perspectives. The camera incorporates a hybrid autofocus system with phase-detection, contrast-detection, and depth-from-defocus capabilities, along with intelligent subject tracking for eyes, faces, bodies, and animals. It records 8K video at up to 30p with 10-bit color and supports 4K at 60p, Full HD at up to 120p, and ProRes 422 HQ recording at Full HD resolution.

The Q3 43 is built into a magnesium alloy chassis with IP52 weather sealing and features a high-resolution 5.76-megadot OLED electronic viewfinder and a tilting 3-inch touchscreen LCD display. Additional capabilities include a 14-stop dynamic range, continuous shooting at up to 15 frames per second, ISO sensitivity from 50 to 100,000, macro focusing down to 10.4 inches, and compatibility with the Leica FOTOS mobile app for wireless transfer at speeds up to 35 MB/s and remote control functionality.
