The Nikon D3200 is a 24.2MP DX-format DSLR camera that captures high-resolution still images in JPEG and RAW formats, as well as full HD 1080p video. The camera features the EXPEED 3 image processor, which delivers fine tonal gradations and exceptional color fidelity while enabling fast, accurate autofocus and metering. The included AF-S NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G lens with Vibration Reduction is ideal for wide-angle to medium telephoto shooting.

The D3200 offers an ISO sensitivity range from 100 to 6400, expandable to 12800 for low-light performance, and continuous shooting at up to 4 frames per second at full resolution. The camera includes a large 3.0-inch 921k-dot LCD monitor for framing and playback, an 11-point autofocus system with phase-detection AF, and a built-in flash. The D3200 records 1080p video at 30, 25, or 24 fps and includes an in-camera Guide Mode to assist users of all skill levels.
