D5200

The Nikon D5200 is a DX-format DSLR camera equipped with a 24.1-megapixel CMOS sensor and EXPEED 3 image processor that work together to deliver high-resolution imagery with excellent detail and fast performance across all camera functions. The camera features a 39-point autofocus system with nine cross-type points for precise focusing, a 2,016-pixel RGB Scene Recognition System for intelligent exposure and white balance metering, and a native sensitivity range of ISO 100 to ISO 6400 that extends to ISO 25600 for challenging low-light conditions.

The D5200 captures full-resolution still images at 5 frames per second and records full HD 1080i video at up to 60 fps with manual exposure control and continuous autofocus capabilities. Additional features include a 3.0-inch vari-angle 921k-dot LCD monitor with tilt and swivel functionality, built-in HDR and Active D-Lighting for dynamic range enhancement, multiple scene modes and picture control settings for creative image processing, and compatibility with the optional WU-1a Wireless Mobile Adapter for remote operation and wireless image transfer to mobile devices.
