The Nikon Df DSLR Camera in silver is a full-frame body featuring a 16.2-megapixel FX-format CMOS sensor paired with the EXPEED 3 image processor, delivering high-resolution imagery with exceptional color rendition and tonal gradation. This camera emphasizes manual, mechanical control with dedicated dials for shutter speed, ISO sensitivity, exposure compensation, and exposure mode, combined with a bright optical pentaprism viewfinder and 3.2-inch 921k-dot LCD monitor housed in a durable magnesium alloy body. The 39-point Multi-CAM 4800 autofocus system with nine cross-type sensors provides reliable focusing across -1 to +19 EV, while the native ISO range of 100 to 12800, expandable to ISO 50 to 204800, enables shooting in challenging lighting conditions.

The Df supports continuous shooting at 5.5 fps and incorporates a unique lens mount system with a metering coupling lever that allows compatibility with both current AF-S, AF-D, and AF NIKKOR lenses as well as vintage manual focus and non-AI lenses without modification.
