Lumix S5 IIX

The Panasonic LUMIX S5 IIX is a full-frame mirrorless camera featuring a 24.2MP CMOS sensor paired with an advanced L2 processing engine and the first Phase Hybrid AF system with 779 phase-detection points in a LUMIX camera. The camera records 6K video at 30p in 4:2:0 10-bit format for up to 30 minutes and offers unlimited 4K60p recording in DCI and UHD modes, making it well-suited for professional content creation. The S5 IIX includes comprehensive video tools such as V-Log, Dual Native ISO, HDMI RAW output, ProRes recording, and multiple IP streaming options for livestreaming and remote capture.

The camera body features a robust magnesium alloy construction with dust and splash resistance, a 3.68-megapixel OLED viewfinder with 0.78x magnification, and a free-angle 3.0-inch LCD touchscreen. Dual I.S. 2 stabilization compensates for approximately 6.5 stops of camera shake during handheld photography, while a newly developed Active I.S. system enhances stabilization during video recording. Additional features include dual UHS-II SD card slots, a built-in cooling fan for extended recording capability, and full L-Mount compatibility with a broad range of lenses.
