Alpha A7R

The Sony Alpha a7R is a full-frame mirrorless digital camera featuring a 36.4-megapixel Exmor CMOS sensor without an optical low-pass filter, which maximizes detail and resolution. The sensor incorporates a gapless on-chip lens design that increases corner-to-corner light-collecting efficiency and works in conjunction with the BIONZ X image processor to deliver fast, intelligent autofocus and natural image quality with rich tonal gradation. The camera offers ISO 100-25600 sensitivity, 14-bit RAW output, and 4 fps burst shooting capability.

The Alpha a7R provides a 2.4-megapixel OLED electronic viewfinder with 100% coverage and a 3-inch tiltable LCD display with WhiteMagic technology for enhanced visibility in bright light. The camera supports Full HD video recording at 24p, 60i, and 60p frame rates in both AVCHD and MP4 codecs, with uncompressed video output via HDMI. Additional features include Eye AF control for precise focus on subjects' eyes, built-in Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity for image transfer and remote control, and full compatibility with Sony's E-mount lens system including new full-frame Zeiss and G-series lenses.
