Alpha NEX-5N

The Sony Alpha NEX-5N is a compact interchangeable-lens camera featuring a 16.1-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor with Sony's Exmor technology and BIONZ image processor for excellent detail and low-light performance. The camera includes a tilting 3.0-inch LCD touchscreen, 25-point autofocus system, and can shoot continuously at up to 10 frames per second at full resolution. It records full HD video at 1080p with frame rates up to 60p, supports both AVCHD and MP4 codecs, and includes an HDMI output for direct connection to televisions.

The camera accepts Sony E-Mount lenses and is compatible with A-Mount lenses through optional adapters, providing extensive lens flexibility in a body significantly smaller than traditional DSLRs. Additional features include Sweep Panorama and 3D Panorama modes, object tracking autofocus, Auto HDR, eleven picture effects modes, and a HVL-F7 flash included with the body. The battery provides approximately 430 shots per charge using Sony's lithium-ion Stamina system.
